Everything YOU need to know

We’re starting the year strong.

Whether you’ve hung up your clubs for winter or you’ve been out on the course every week, we have just the thing to show off to you today that’ll have you itching to play some golf.
Here in the pro shop, we’re always keen to start the new year with a bang, and what we have to reveal to you today is very special.
Packed with exciting new tech and looking fantastic from top to bottom, we’re proud to be today giving you a look at the brand new Qi4D drivers from TaylorMade! Without further ado, we’re going to jump right into how fantastic this golf club looks, from the grip to the head.
Stunning from every angle

When you first set eyes on the new Qi4D drivers, you’ll appreciate the efforts that TaylorMade has put into making a club that looks great all over. The head is predominantly black with highlights of silver, blue and orange on the sole.
The face is particularly intricate with horizontal lines stretching from the heel and toe sections of the club, giving you a clear indication of where the sweet spot is and where to align your ball.
You’ll find the TaylorMade brand logo in the very center of the sole, and each of the four models is uniquely colour-coded, with the Speed Pocket section just behind the face being a different colour for each driver. The Qi4D drivers feature an aerodynamic shaping that looks sleek, and the club simply feels fast.

The driver is certainly easy on the eye, but how does it actually perform better than other clubs out there? We’ll now take a dive into the tech that makes this club tick.
The TaylorMade Qi4D drivers
This driver range certainly looks the part and has the tech to back up its appeal. We’ve just mentioned the Speed Pocket that sits behind the face, this component naturally increases ball speed through helping to channel back kinetic energy from the clubhead into the golf ball, and the Qi4D range really packs a punch!
But what we really love is the new idea around release points. As we explain in our video above, TaylorMade has identified three unique swing profiles based on where your swing rotation or release point is.
We can take a look at your swing profile and determine whether to pair you with a high, mid, or low rotation REAX shaft to help give you more control over your tee shots for more power in your strikes, and ultimately more distance down the fairway.

The standard Qi4D driver is the club most players will get on well with. TaylorMade has reengineered the head profile over previous generations to improve the aerodynamics, and this club feels great in your hands. A multi-material construction ensures this club prioritises speed and stability for an all-round fantastic performance.
If you have a single-figure handicap, we’d recommend the Qi4D LS. TaylorMade’s Qi4D LS is a precision-engineered driver designed for high-speed golfers seeking low-spin performance and maximum workability. It features a compact, tour-preferred head shape and a deeper face that allows skilled players to shape their shots with confidence.

The Qi4D Max is a more forgiving club and features an aluminium construction. This material is lighter than titanium, ensuring the club feels great to swing through the air without you suffering any loss of power. The Max has a high-MOI clubhead, ensuring you have tight shot dispersion for greater accuracy off the tee.
An excellent driver should you be looking to build up more power in your tee shots, the Qi4D Max Lite is essentially the Max driver’s twin but is built with lightweight components. Prioritising forgiveness and easy launch, this lightweight driver is very wieldy, allowing you to swing through the ball with more force and power, resulting in greater distance down the fairway.

These drivers from TaylorMade are just one example of the fantastic new products we’ll have dropping in the pro shop over the next few weeks, so be sure to keep an eye out the next time you’re in the pro shop.
